Your opinion on our activities is very important for us, so we kindly request you to dedicate some time to evaluate the JDEAL MEDUASEX Course that You are going to attend.

Our intention and aim is to improve every course in order to achieve the highest quality, but also Your recommendation could contribute to improve the exploitation capability itself.

We suggest to have a first look on the overall form and we recommend then to fill it on a daily bases, possibly following the specific lesson, in order to not forget any point.

The form should be returned the last day of the course, in the Evaluation and Feedback time before leaving the JDEAL facilities.
